Bio Year: 2nd House: Hufflepuff Favorite subjects: Herbology, History Classes: History of Magic, Herbology, Music, Flying HMD is here Raivis had a rather happy childhood, living with his parents and his brothers in a wealthy muggle neighborhood. Since he had been very sick as a baby and still was weak, he usually wasn't allowed to play outside with the other children but had to stay with one of his parents or his older brother Eduard in case that something happened. Thus he made very few friends and became a bit of an introvert, only seeing the world outside when an adult or his brothers took him somewhere. He learned to read at a very young age because of that and often spent whole days caught in the fictional worlds of his books, often sitting near to Edward who was studying. Sometimes he wished that he could spent more time with his brother Toris who would play outside with his friend Feliks all day, or that Eduard would study less so they could do things together more often and not just sit in the same room and read in concentrated but comforting silence. But he knew that his brothers were happy like that and didn't want to interrupt and in the evenings they were together and he still had his books, so he was happy, too. Everything changed when Raivis was five years old. The house burnt down and their parents died in the flames. An uncle of them offered help, and since the rest of their family didn't show any interest in the kids he adopted all three of them. Raivis was weary of him from the beginning, because he hadn't met many people before, and when the man proved himself to be abusive and insane, made him even more terrified than the man himself was. The brothers would be forced to do ridiculous amounts of work for children, and would be beaten severely for failing to do as commanded. It didn't make it any easier for the boy that his older brother Toris was always abused first and worst, because he would hear it and cry for his brother's sake. When he got into school he was too shy and timid to make friends and the only ones he would still trust were Toris and Edward. What happened to them made his behavior stay very childlike for his age, he would still slip into his brothers' beds at night rather than sleep alone when he had nightmares or their uncle was or had been angry and cuddle up to them even when he grew ten and eleven. But by then, everything had worsened. Two years after their parents had died his oldest brother had received a letter from Hogwarts and after his departure their uncle had turned on Raivis as a replacement. Not Eduard (who got his letter two years later), because he was to serious and intelligent which unsettled the man, much unlike his younger brother who could be ordered around easily and who would wince and cry and be scared but obey and also because Raivis and Toris were more alike. It lessened each time Toris came back to visit. Their uncle was happy that he was back although he would still be upset that the brunet had left in the first place, and he turned back on the eldest brother. But as soon as the boy had left for his school everything would start over again. When he came to Hogwarts, he barely made any friends because he was too shy and timid and would rather spend time in the library than anywhere else. He never told his brothers about what happened back home. Except for that he enjoys his time at Hogwarts and would be a really good student if he wasn't too shy to say or do anything in class without being asked to do it. Yet in the end of his first year, when Toris got him a journal, he slowly started to open up and got quite social, despite still being very timid and easily scared. The summer between his first and second year, the brothers didn't go back to their uncle but stayed with the Kirkland family, because Raivis had become friends with their youngest son Peter and their father had decided to help. Positive Allelujah Haptism - Hufflepuff 5th - He helps Raivis to refresh his Russian, and so far has not managed to scare him. Crona - Hufflepuff 3rd - Around her, Raivis feels much at ease just because she is too shy to really be scary Daine Sarrasry - Gryffindor 7th - She is nice, and animals like her, and she isn't forceful about helping him grow a backbone, which makes Raivis feel at ease a lot. Also, all the animals fascinate him. Haseo - Gryffindor 6th - Haseo is friendly and very careful about what he says and does around Raivis, so he feels at ease around him. Kisa Sohma - Hufflepuff 1st - They are very much alike, and he despertely wants to help her but is to shy to even ask her what he can do. Matthew Kirkland - Hufflepuff 6th - Matthew rarely intimidates Raivis, and he is always nice to him, so he likes being around the older Hufflepuff. Neon Nostrade - Ravenclaw 7th - He's not exactly sure what to think of her, but she seems to be nice. Peter Kirkland - Gryffindor 1st - He admires the self confident and lively attitude of Peter but at the same time it intimidates him a lot... Also, since the Ten Years Later event, their relationship has become even more difficult yet closer. Raimei Shimizu - Gryffindor 5th - She told Raivis that she was his friend and would protect him. Raivis trusts her to a point and looks up to her, but she is also very intimidating. Thoru - TA - She is nice and she said she'd teach him how to draw. He likes her, and she scares him very seldom and never for long. Toris Lorinaitis - Hufflepuff 6th - Raivis brother, one of the very few people that he will trust regardlessly. Vivi Ornitier - Hufflepuff 4th - They are very much alike, so although Raivis doesn't really get what is wrong with Vivi, there is a mutual understanding between them. Neutral Arthur Kirkland - teacher - The man intimidates him, but he is very thankful towards him since he got him and his brothers away from their uncle. Nia - teacher - She scares him, mainly because she's so ubercaring, but he is fascinated by her babies Yozak Gurrier - Gryffindor 6th - Raivis likes and looks up to him, but he asks way more of a backbone from the boy than Raivis can provide and tries to forbid him large parts of his normal attitude, so Raivis is quite intimidated by the older boy. Negative Lelouch - Slytherin 6th - Raivis is scared of him since he threatened to hex him. And Raivis hates Lelouch's attitude towards others and his carelessness about other people's wellbeing. |
